If you have seen a countdown on a product and wondered whether it is real, it is. Here is how the deals work and how people who never miss them do it.

Today's Deals
Each day the store picks a handful of products and marks them down for that day only. They sit in a row on the home page and on the Today's Deals page with the time left. When the clock runs out, the normal price returns. One product can be on deal more than once, but never two days running.
Flash sales
Shorter and sharper: a bigger discount for a few hours, or while a small quantity lasts. The product page shows the remaining time and sometimes the remaining units.
How to actually get one
- Sign in beforehand and keep your address saved so checkout is two taps.
- Pay by card or balance. A deal price is locked when payment confirms. Bank transfer works too, but a transfer matched after the deal ended is refunded, not honoured.
- Top up your balance earlier if you plan to buy a deal; balance pays instantly.
- Turn on notifications in the app, and follow the Vanfleek WhatsApp channel where deals are posted first.
What a deal does not change
Delivery fees, the seven-day return rule, and warranty are exactly the same as a full-price order. A deal is just a lower price.
Questions people ask us
Can I use a coupon on a deal item?
Usually not; the deal already is the discount. Checkout tells you if a code cannot be combined.
I added a deal to my cart but the price changed at checkout.
The deal ended before you paid. Carts do not freeze prices; only confirmed payment does.
Do deals apply in the shop in Auchi?
Yes, with the same timing. Order online and choose pickup to be safe.
Can I return a deal item?
Yes, under the normal seven-day rules.
