A phone is the most expensive thing most people buy online, and the thing they are most nervous about. The nerves are reasonable. Here is the checklist we would give a friend.

Before you order
- Read the specification table, not just the title. Storage and RAM variants of the same phone differ in price by a lot. Check the network bands if you use 5G.
- Check "what is in the box". Some phones ship without a charger. The page says so.
- Look at the reviews and questions. Real buyers mention battery life and heating more honestly than any spec sheet.
- Note the warranty line. Brands like Infinix, TECNO and itel are serviced by Carlcare centres across Nigeria; the page says what applies.
Choosing how to get it
If you are anywhere near Auchi, choose Pickup. You can open the box at Shop 51, check the seal, power it on and confirm the IMEI matches the box before you leave. For delivery, pay by card or transfer so the order confirms quickly and stock does not move; pay on delivery is fine where offered, but only if you will be there to receive it.
When it arrives
- Check the outer parcel for damage before signing.
- Check the box seal. If it is broken and the listing said sealed, do not set the phone up; contact us.
- Dial *#06# and compare the IMEI to the box label.
- Charge it, insert your SIM, and use it normally for a few days. You have seven days from delivery to report any fault, and we pay for the return.
After seven days
Faults that appear later are handled under the manufacturer warranty at the brand's service centre. Keep the box and receipt (your order page) for that; the centre asks for them.
Questions people ask us
Are the phones original?
Yes. We buy from authorised distributors, and sealed boxes with matching IMEIs are the proof you can check yourself.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not for phones at the moment. Some food packages offer payment plans; the product page shows if a plan exists.
What if the price drops after I buy?
Prices change with the market. We do not refund the difference, but Today’s Deals are announced in advance on the site and the WhatsApp channel, so it is worth a look before ordering.
Can I trade in my old phone?
Not online. Ask at Shop 51 in Auchi.
