These terms apply to your use of vanfleek.com and to purchases from Vanfleek Shopping. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Our shop
Vanfleek Shopping operates this website from Shop 51, Auchi, Edo State, Nigeria. Contact: support@vanfleek.com.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
3. Products and services
We sell physical products, digital products and services. Descriptions, images and availability are provided in good faith; if an item is unavailable or a listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Nigerian naira (NGN). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. A bank-transfer order is held for 24 hours while payment is verified. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud.
5. Delivery and collection
See Delivery Information. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in a physical product passes to you on delivery or collection.
6. Returns and refunds
See Returns & Refunds. Eligible physical items can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
7. Digital products
Digital products are delivered to your account after payment is confirmed and are for your own use. Downloads are available for up to 30 days and up to 5 times. Software licences and courses are subject to the terms of the licence or course provider, and may not be resold or shared unless those terms allow it.
8. Services and bookings
Services are provided by appointment and depend on availability. Contact us if you need to change or cancel a booking.
9. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no fraud, no attempts to break or overload it, no scraping that harms the service, and no unlawful activity.
10. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for your personal, non-commercial use.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to orders placed after the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
