VANFLEEK CAMPUS AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT Please read this carefully. By accepting it you agree to follow it while you are a Vanfleek Campus Ambassador. If you do not understand something, ask us before you accept. 1. WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT THIS IS You are an independent student representative of Vanfleek. You are not an employee, and nothing here creates employment, partnership or a company relationship. You are free to stop at any time (see section 11). 2. WHAT YOU DO You promote Vanfleek on your campus and online, bring customers who buy through your own link, share Vanfleek with friends who may become affiliates, and complete the tasks Vanfleek sets for you. You decide how and when you work, as long as you follow this agreement and your school's rules. 3. NO COST TO YOU There is no joining fee. You never have to buy stock, pay a deposit or spend your own money to be an ambassador. Any event or promotion that costs money must be agreed with Vanfleek in writing first, and Vanfleek decides whether to pay for it. 4. BEING ACTIVATED You become an active ambassador after: (a) your application is approved; (b) Vanfleek confirms you are a current student (we record only how this was checked, such as your school email, a campus lead's confirmation or a staff member seeing your student card; we do not keep copies of ID documents); (c) you accept this agreement; and (d) you finish the short training. Your first month is a trial month. After it Vanfleek may continue, pause or end your place based on the results you showed. 5. HOW YOU EARN (a) Commission. You earn the commission shown in your affiliate dashboard on each sale made through your link. A sale counts only after it is paid, delivered and past the return period. Commission is held for the hold period shown in your dashboard before you can withdraw it. If an order is refunded, cancelled, returned or found to be fraudulent, the commission on it is taken back. (b) Monthly stipend. There is no stipend in your first month: the month in which you are activated is a trial month. You can still earn the target bonus in that month (see (c)) and the commission on your sales. After the trial month, while you are an active ambassador, Vanfleek may pay the monthly stipend set in your dashboard, but only for a month in which you reach at least 60% of your monthly sales target (for example, 6 completed sales when the target is 10). If you finish a month below 60% of the target, the stipend for that month is held and is not paid, and it is not carried over to a later month. Only completed sales count. Vanfleek may also withhold a stipend for a month in which you were paused or broke this agreement. (c) Target bonus. If you reach the monthly sales target set in your dashboard, you may receive the target bonus. Only completed sales count toward the target. (d) Other bonuses. Vanfleek may offer other bonuses for events or coordination work. These are agreed in advance and approved by Vanfleek. (e) Approval and payment. Every stipend and bonus is checked and approved by Vanfleek before it is added to your balance. Withdrawals are paid to the bank account in your affiliate profile through the normal withdrawal process. Vanfleek may change the stipend, target or bonus amounts for future months and will tell you before the change starts. A monthly cap on bonuses may apply. (f) Nothing is paid for recruiting people. Tasks such as bringing affiliates are for tracking your progress. Vanfleek does not pay you simply for signing people up. People you bring earn only through real sales. 6. TASKS Vanfleek may set tasks, for example to bring affiliates, make sales or post videos. You see your progress in your dashboard. For tasks that need a link, you send a public link to your post (on a social network) or a Google Drive file that anyone with the link can open. Vanfleek checks each link and may send it back if it is private, copied from someone else, or does not meet the task. Finishing a task does not by itself entitle you to a payment. 7. HOW YOU MUST PROMOTE VANFLEEK (a) Say it every time. Every post, video or message that promotes Vanfleek must say: "I'm a Vanfleek campus ambassador and may earn a commission from purchases through my link." (b) Customers pay only through the official Vanfleek checkout. Never collect money, accept transfers or hold goods for customers. (c) Be honest. Do not invent discounts, promise delivery dates, approve refunds or make claims about products that are not on the product page. Send customer questions and complaints to Vanfleek support. (d) Respect people. Only message people who agreed to hear from you. Do not use scraped or bought phone numbers, spam groups, or post fake reviews or fake testimonials. (e) No cheating. Do not click your own link to inflate numbers, place orders to earn commission on yourself, use fake accounts, or pressure people to buy. Sales that look fake or abusive will not be counted and may be reversed. (f) Follow the law and your school's rules. Get any permission your school requires before running events or using its name, logo or property. Do not claim Vanfleek is endorsed by your school. (g) Use Vanfleek's name and brand only as Vanfleek allows in its training and materials. 8. PRIVACY Vanfleek uses your details to run the programme, verify you are a student, pay you and contact you. See the Vanfleek Privacy Policy. You must not collect or share customers' personal information except as the normal checkout does. 9. CAMPUS LEADS Vanfleek may appoint a campus lead to help ambassadors on your campus. A lead can guide you and vouch that you are a student, but cannot change your pay or this agreement. 10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT Vanfleek may update this agreement. When it does, you will be asked to read and accept the new version in your dashboard. Until you accept it, Vanfleek may pause your tasks, stipend and bonuses. 11. LEAVING, PAUSING AND ENDING You may leave at any time by telling Vanfleek. Vanfleek may pause or end your place if you break this agreement, stop being a student, or are inactive for an extended period. Commission already earned on completed sales, and bonuses already approved, stay yours and are paid in the normal way, except where taken back under section 5 or where you cheated. When you leave you must stop using the Vanfleek name and your link to promote Vanfleek. 12. NOTHING IS GUARANTEED Vanfleek does not promise any amount of earnings, any number of sales or that the programme will continue on your campus. Your results depend on the sales you bring.
