How to Earn as a Vanfleek Campus Ambassador: Stipend, Bonuses, Commission and Tasks

A Campus Ambassador has more than one way to earn. This guide explains each, so you know how to plan your month and what to focus on. It also gives practical tips for a strong first month.

1. The monthly stipend

Active ambassadors receive a fixed stipend each month. It is not tied to sales: it pays you for doing the role. To stay active you complete your monthly tasks, and the Vanfleek team reviews your progress.

2. The performance bonus

In months when you reach your sales target, you earn a performance bonus on top. Your target and progress are visible on your dashboard, so you always know how close you are.

3. Commission on every sale

Like every Vanfleek affiliate, you earn commission on completed sales through your personal link. The same rules apply: tracked for 30 days, held for 14 days after the order is paid, and reversed if the order is refunded. Read how commissions work for the details.

4. Monthly tasks

Each month you get a clear list of tasks. Typical tasks are posting a video about Vanfleek, bringing in new affiliates or sharing proof of a campaign. You submit proof, such as a link to your post, and the dashboard shows what is done and what is left. Tasks keep the programme fair, because everyone is measured on the same things.

5. Your team

Ambassadors help friends become Vanfleek affiliates and can see who joined and how they are doing. A friend who joins through you earns their own commission, and having an active team helps your monthly tasks.

A strong first month

1. Week 1: finish your training, set up your links and tell the people closest to you. Post your first video.
2. Week 2: pick one product that students on your campus genuinely need, such as chargers, power banks, laptops, phones or accessories, and promote it well.
3. Week 3: bring in two or three friends as affiliates and show them how to create their first link.
4. Week 4: check your dashboard, finish your tasks, submit your proof and plan next month around what worked.
