This is the practical version: what to click, in what order, with what to expect at each step. Read it once and you will not need support for the basics.
1. Apply
Go to affiliate.vanfleek.com, sign in with your email (a code, no password) and fill the application: where you will promote, one to four of your own social accounts, and how you heard about the programme. Be specific; it speeds approval. You get an email when you are approved, usually within a day or two.
2. Finish the requirements
A banner in the portal lists what is left: the profile questions and a bank account for payouts. Fill both now so nothing holds a payout later.
3. Follow and join
Follow the Vanfleek pages shown in the portal and join the affiliate WhatsApp group. You send a screenshot for each; the team checks them. The group is where deals are announced first, so it pays to be in it.
4. Make your first link
In the portal, choose Links, pick a product or the home page, give the link a label such as "whatsapp status" so you can tell channels apart later, and copy it. You can also copy a link straight from any product page on vanfleek.com while signed in as an approved affiliate.
5. Use the materials and the daily deals
Materials has pictures, captions and short videos with your link already filled in. Today's Deals gives you something fresh to post every day. Add one honest line of your own; it is what makes people buy.
6. Read your dashboard
Clicks and sales per link, and each commission with its stage: pending, on hold until a date, available. The hold runs from delivery to the end of the buyer's return window (seven days for most items). A refunded order earns nothing.
7. Request a payout
Once your available balance is above the minimum shown, tap Request payout. Your first payout needs two settled sales. A person approves it, sends the bank transfer, and marks it paid; you get an email at each step.
8. Stay active
Links with no clicks and no sales for 60 days put the account on pause; one tap reactivates it. Post regularly instead, suggest products your audience wants under Suggest products, and look at the monthly report email to see what worked.
The rules in one breath
Commission on the product price only, per category rate, 30-day last-click attribution, hold until the return window closes, payouts by bank transfer. No paid ads on the Vanfleek name, no fake reviews, no self-purchases for commission.
