Your Vanfleek account is deliberately light. No password is required, and it holds only what is needed to deliver to you. Here is how it works.

Signing in
Enter your email and we send a short code; type it in and you are in. If you prefer, set a password under Profile & security, use Continue with Google, or add a passkey so your fingerprint, face or device lock signs you in. A passkey is the quickest and the safest of the three.
The code did not arrive
Wait a minute, check spam and promotions folders, and make sure the email was typed correctly. Codes expire after a short while, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. If a provider is blocking us, Google sign-in or a password gets you in meanwhile. Still stuck? Chat with us on the site.
Addresses and details
You can save more than one delivery address, name them (home, office, mum's place) and pick at checkout. Your name, phone and email are used for your orders, receipts, delivery calls and the account emails you choose. Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Security tips
- Vanfleek never asks for your sign-in code by phone or chat. Only type it on vanfleek.com or in the app.
- Remove old devices under Profile & security if you change phones.
- Use a passkey where you can; it cannot be phished.
Questions people ask us
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email [email protected] from the account email and we remove it, keeping only what the law requires for completed orders.
Why do you need my phone number?
For the rider to call ahead and for order updates by SMS or WhatsApp where you choose them.
Can two people share an account?
Better not; orders, balance and refunds are tied to the email. Each person can create their own in a minute.
Is my card stored?
Not by Vanfleek. Paystack may offer to remember a card for you, under its own security.
