Store balance is money held in your Vanfleek account that you can spend in the shop. Think of it as a prepaid wallet that only works at Vanfleek. Here is how it fills up and how it drains.

Where balance comes from
- Gift cards. When someone sends you a Vanfleek gift card, you add it to your balance in one tap. Then it spends like cash in the shop.
- Top-ups. Add money yourself by card under Your Account → Balance. The top-up screen shows the minimum and maximum per top-up.
- Some refunds. For example a failed airtime or data purchase, or a refund you choose to take as balance so it is instant.
Spending it
At checkout, tick Use my balance. It covers as much of the order as it can and you pay any remainder by card or transfer. Balance is applied instantly, which makes it the quickest way to pay for a deal. You can also buy gift cards for other people with it.
Airtime and data from your balance
From the airtime and data page, top up any MTN, Airtel, Glo or 9mobile number, or buy a data plan, and pay from your balance or by card. A failed top-up is refunded to balance automatically.
Things to know
- Balance is store credit. It cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, so top up what you plan to spend.
- It has no expiry of its own; a gift card's validity applies until the card is added to your balance.
- Your balance and its history are under Your Account → Balance, with every top-up, spend and refund listed.
Questions people ask us
Can I send my balance to a friend?
Not directly, but you can buy them a gift card with it, which lands in their balance.
My top-up was charged but the balance did not change.
Give it a minute and refresh. If it is still missing, email [email protected] with the Paystack reference; the credit is applied exactly once, never twice.
Can I use balance for pay-on-delivery orders?
Balance is applied at checkout, so use it with card or transfer orders. A pay-on-delivery order is paid in full to the rider.
Is there a limit?
Each top-up has a minimum and maximum shown on the top-up screen, set to keep the wallet safe. Spending has no limit beyond your balance.
