Vanfleek Gift Cards: How to Send One, Redeem One and Use It at Checkout

A gift card is the gift for people who are hard to buy for: they choose, you pay. Here is how ours work from both sides, giver and receiver.

Sending a gift card

1. Open Gift cards and choose a design: Birthday, Wedding or Classic.
2. Enter the amount and a short message. You can add a photo.
3. Pay online by card, bank transfer or USSD (gift cards are always paid for online).
4. Choose how it reaches them: we email it to their address, or you download it as a picture and give it yourself, on WhatsApp, printed, or in a card.

You do not need the recipient's email to buy one; the download option works for anyone.

Receiving and redeeming

Open the card and tap the link, or type the code on the Gift cards page. Sign in or create an account (a one-time code to your email is enough) and the value lands in your store balance. From then on it spends like cash on anything in the shop.

Using it at checkout

Add the card to your balance first, then shop as normal and tick Use my balance at checkout. If the card does not cover the whole order, pay the remainder by card or transfer. If the order is smaller than the card, the rest stays in your balance for next time.

Expiry and photos

A card is valid for the period shown on the Gift cards page from the day it is issued; once added to your balance, the money stays there without a card expiry. If you add a photo to a card that we email, it is kept only as long as needed to deliver the card. If you download the card yourself, the photo never leaves your device.

Questions people ask us

Can I buy a gift card with my store balance?

Yes. Choose balance at payment when buying the card.

Can a gift card be refunded?

Once issued, a gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash, but it can be redeemed by anyone you choose.

The recipient did not get the email.

Ask them to check spam, then contact us with your order number; we resend it or give you the download instead.

Can I send more than one at once?

Yes, each is a separate order so each can have its own message and design.

Do you do gift cards for businesses or staff?
