Delivery is the part of online shopping that worries people most, and fairly so. Here is how it works at Vanfleek, including the parts we do not control.
How much is delivery?
The fee depends on where you are and what you are buying. Checkout works it out from your address and shows the exact amount before you pay, so the number you see is the number you pay. As a guide, the standard fee is currently ₦3,500 for eligible orders, and some promotions and coupons include free delivery. The delivery page always has the current wording.
How long does it take?
Orders confirmed in the morning are usually packed the same day. Within Edo State, expect one to two days. Major cities elsewhere, two to four working days. Remote areas can take longer, and each delivery option at checkout shows its own estimate. Public holidays and fuel shortages slow every courier in the country; we would rather say that than promise a date we cannot keep.
Collect from the shop, free
Near Auchi? Choose Pickup at checkout. Orders are ready at Vanfleek Shop 51, Auchi, Edo State about two hours after confirmation. Bring your order number on your phone. You can look over the item before you leave, which many customers like for phones.
Pay on delivery
Offered for eligible addresses and baskets; it appears as a payment option at checkout when available. Have the exact amount or your bank app ready for the rider.
Before the rider arrives
- Use a phone number you answer. Riders call ahead and cannot wait long.
- Add a landmark in the address line. "Opposite the filling station" saves twenty minutes.
- Check the parcel before signing. If it looks damaged, refuse it or photograph it right away and tell us.
Tracking
Every stage sends an email, and Track an order shows the same on the web with your order number. When a courier tracking number exists it is on the order page too.
Questions people ask us
Do you deliver to my state?
We deliver across Nigeria. Enter your address at checkout and the options for your area appear with their fees and estimates.
Can someone else collect my pickup order?
Yes, if they have the order number and the name on the order. Tell us in advance by chat or email so the shop expects them.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
Before the order is shipped, yes: contact us with the order number and the new address. Once a courier has it, the address is fixed.
