You live in Edo. You have seen something on vanfleek.com and now the practical questions start. Can I just go and collect it? Will delivery reach my side of town? How do I pay without wahala? This page puts the answers in one place, so you do not have to burn data jumping from page to page.
Vanfleek is an online shop first. Most orders are placed on vanfleek.com. But we also have one physical shop, Vanfleek Shop 51 in Auchi, and that makes life a bit easier for buyers in Edo State.
What Shop 51 in Auchi is for
Shop 51 is our one and only physical shop. There is no Vanfleek branch in Benin City, Ekpoma or anywhere else. If someone on WhatsApp or in a market tells you they are a Vanfleek shop in another town, call us and confirm before you pay them anything.
For people in and around Auchi, Shop 51 mainly means one thing. You can order online and collect in person instead of waiting for delivery. You skip the delivery fee, and you see the item with your own eyes before you carry it home.
It is also somewhere to reach a real person. If you are unsure about an order, or you want to ask a question before you pay, you can call or WhatsApp the same number the shop uses.
Being one shop has a downside, and I will not pretend otherwise. If you live far from Auchi, going there to collect can cost more in transport and time than simply paying for delivery. Two okada rides and a bus fare add up fast. Do the sums before you set out.
How pickup at Shop 51 works
Pickup is simple. Here is the order I would follow:
- Order on vanfleek.com and choose collection from Shop 51, Auchi as your option.
- Pay using any method available to your order.
- Wait for confirmation. Collection is typically ready about 2 hours after your order is confirmed.
- Go to Shop 51 with your order details on your phone.
- Check the item at the counter before you leave.
Notice the word typically. About 2 hours is the usual time, not a promise carved in stone. If you are coming in from a nearby town, send a quick WhatsApp before you leave home. It costs you almost nothing and can save you a wasted keke trip.
When you collect, take your time. Look at the box and the seal. Make sure what you are holding matches what you ordered. If it is a phone, switch it on right there. It is far easier to sort a problem at the counter than after you have reached home and NEPA has taken light.
Delivery to the rest of Edo
Not everyone can get to Auchi, and you should not have to. Delivery is available for eligible orders, so buyers in places like Benin City and Ekpoma can order from home.
Standard delivery is currently ₦3,500 for eligible orders. That figure is not fixed for every order. It can change depending on what you are buying and where it is going. A small accessory and a bulky item heading to a far address will not always cost the same. The amount you see at checkout is the final one, so check it there before you pay.
I will not quote delivery days here. They depend on your location and the item, and I would rather not promise something I cannot see. If you need an order by a particular time, say before school resumes or before a trip, message us first and ask. Asking takes a minute. Assuming can spoil your plans.

Pickup or delivery: a quick comparison
| Pickup at Shop 51 | Delivery | |
|---|---|---|
| Where you get it | Shop 51, Auchi | Your address in Edo |
| What you pay to get it | Your own transport to the shop | Currently ₦3,500 standard for eligible orders. Final amount shown at checkout |
| Usual timing | Typically ready about 2 hours after confirmation | Depends on the item and your location |
| Who it suits | People in or near Auchi | People in Benin City, Ekpoma and further away |
My honest take: if you are in Auchi or a short ride away, collect. If you are in Benin City or further, delivery usually makes more sense once you count transport and the day you would lose.
How to pay
You have a few options:
- Card through Paystack, for people who want to pay and be done.
- Bank transfer, for people who prefer their banking app.
- Pay on delivery, where your order is eligible.
- Store balance, if you already have money sitting in your Vanfleek account.
- Gift cards, if someone has given you one.
Pay on delivery is not available on every order, so check at checkout whether yours qualifies. Where it is available, it suits people who want the item in hand before money leaves their account.
On bank transfer, one piece of advice. Only send money to account details shown on vanfleek.com during checkout, or confirmed through our official number below. Scammers like to copy shop names and send fake account numbers on WhatsApp. If you are paying through a POS agent, check that the name on the receiving account is right before the agent presses send. Once the money goes, getting it back from the wrong person is hard work.
If something goes wrong
You have 7 days from delivery to return an item.
- Faulty item: we pay for the return.
- Change of mind: the item must still be sealed, and you pay the shipping back.
That second rule matters. If you are not sure you want something, do not tear the seal just to look. Ask us your questions first. Once it is opened, a change-of-mind return is off the table.
How to reach us
There is one number for everything:
- Phone and WhatsApp: 08166749367
- Shop: Vanfleek Shop 51, Auchi, Edo State
- Website: vanfleek.com
If your data is low, WhatsApp is usually the cheapest way to reach us. Send your order number with your message so nobody has to ask you twice. If you are calling about an item you want to collect, mention that too, so the person on the line knows you are on your way.
Guides for your town
We have written separate guides for three Edo towns. Each one looks at buying phones in that town, so you can compare your options before you spend your money.
- Where to buy phones in Auchi, for people close enough to visit Shop 51.
- Where to buy phones in Benin City, for buyers in the state capital who are weighing local markets against ordering online.
- Where to buy phones in Ekpoma, useful for students and anyone around the university town.
Pick the one for where you live, read it on a quiet evening, and message us on WhatsApp if anything is still unclear.
